A Prayer. . . 

Lord of Compassion & Grace,

I pray for ongoing healing in the lives of those who have been impacted by young Levi’s death. I ask for strength within our immediate hope as we journey through a space that is agonizing, disorienting, and overwhelming. I ask that you open up the floodgates of your heart and pour out your immense compassion and grace into (and throughout) the broken hearts of those touched by this situation. Lord Jesus, breath out your word “peace” as we journey in the middle of this storm. May the wounds inflicted by this tragedy become as fertile ground for the purpose of the rebuilding of hearts, the deepening of love, and the strengthening of unity within the body of Christ.
